Let’s be real: they don’t teach really teach you personal finance in school. I started out with almost zero knowledge on how to budget or handle credit cards - basically all the fun "adulting" stuff.
Everything changed when I stumbled upon the cash envelopes system. It totally transformed how I managed my money and inspired me to create my own budgeting tools.
In 2019, I launched my first Etsy shop, Marianne Budgets. What started as a fun creative outlet has grown into a stationery brand focused on making personal finance easy and approachable.

But my background as a nurse taught me a deeper truth: true wellness requires holistic care - nurturing the mind, body, and soul together.
